Meebo. :D

Hello sweeties!

We’ve added Meebo on our blog quite a while, and we noticed that Meebo is pretty underutilised. So, this post is written to help you all to understand this useful medium (in our humble opinion). :)

Meebo is something like MSN:

Okay, first things first. Rename yourself by editting your nickname. :D

1. Private, between you and I (not we, since it only requires one person to chat with you) only. No third party.

2. Whenever I am online, you can chat with me just like how we all chat in MSN. Once again, private. Just you and I. (Depending on connection)

3. When I am offline, you can always leave an offline message. Familiar much? :D But here’s one difference: you’ll need to advise us about your email address/contact number(for fast transaction lovers) after your inquiry. Or else there is no way I can get back to you. ):

4. When you’re on Shorttay’s blog, it would be advisable that you open two tabs, one specially for the chatting purpose. It is because each time you are directed away from the page that we are having conversation, you’ll get disconnected, and you’ll have to get reconnected to continue chatting. And the other tab is for you to browse while we chat. :D if that’s what you like.

5. Okay. Most importantly, Meebo is only meant to speed up the transaction, plus sometimes the connection is not very stable, but we believe Meebo is good enough for all the necessary questions you want to ask, and even for some casual chat. :D

We love Meebo because of the privacy it provides us, and it’s made available in wordpress! :D
And if we could add Cbox that everyone should really be familiar with right now, we would you know. But the widget can’t function as yet. =/

Thanks for reading. And we hope there will be more Meebo users.
Seriously give it a try! :D

Love,
Shorttay.
